Keith Wilson Craig Sipe Apologies for posting late.😅
So I've checking out Accele Mail and I like it the platform. I currently use Constant Contact and I'm basing my critique on their plaform and Accele. So far, basically all the features on that platform is on Accele Mail's platform. I like the user interface, navigating around the website is pretty easy which is a huge thing.
Problems I came across:
1. Website Intergration - I host my site on Wordpress and use DIVI to create it. Normally when adding an opt-in email for signups on wordpress, you install a plugin, add the API key and then select it in the Email Opt-In dropdown. In the backend of Wordpress, I can see all my list from Constant Contact and can select what list I want people to join. With Accele, the website integration doesn't seem to work for my site. With DIVI, it requires to have a plugin so that I can get emails into a contact list. I assume that other hosting sites will have that issue as well.
2. Email Builder on Mobile and Phone Devices - I like the builder that you guys have. It has similar features to Constant Contact and works good on PC. But on mobile devices, it is buggy. Dragging the modules onto the email canvas doesn't work at all. Rearranging the modules on the canvas is buggy as well; I can't move the modules. My main place to access this platform will be on the computer but it would nice to have the mobile platform. Constant Contact has an app and their builder is effecient and easy to use. Overall the platform is great. I'll make a email and post it on here soon. Adding some templates would be nice addition as well. Will help people who are new and not computer saavy.
3. Not a issue but I don't understand the credit system.
What could be added - Intelligent Mind would be nice if implemented on the site.
1. Using the AI to make templates as well. I really like the AI being used to Email Titles. Would be nice to have the AI to create my own specific templates.
2. Adding an event planner (I don't know much about this type of feature but I'll do my best to explain it)--> Create an event by sending an email, people sign up by completing a form with payment if added, then I have my zoom event or whatever.
3. Adding SMS.
4. Adding a feature such as a landing page (making a one page website). To get more emails and making sales. (I learned this from Russell Brunson)
5. Creating surveys. (Could be anonymous or people could attach their emails to get more information on my clients). Could learn more about specific clients from specific lists.
6. Using Fierce Files and ByteVid on Accele Mail. Like an API or feature on the site where I can store videos, pictures and files to easily upload and use for my email marketing.
Overall, I'll use Accele Mail once it's completely up and the website integration is working for my site. The additions will be very useful not only to users of the platform but can increase the attention of it.
I will be checking out the Fierce Ai next.
