Let me say this plainly.
I sit in some AI conversations and I struggle.
Not because I am lost.
Because I can see the gap.
A lot of people know tools.
A lot of people know trends.
A lot of people know how to sound impressive when talking about AI.
But working with AI is different.
Building with AI is different.
Correcting it, challenging it, guiding it, watching it recalibrate, testing it through real business needs, ethical decisions, human emotion, communication, governance, and strategy is different.
That is not theory.
That is experience.
I have learned that AI is not supposed to replace human thought.
It is supposed to strengthen it.
It is not supposed to control the direction.
It is supposed to support the human holding the reins.
So no, I am not intimidated by titles.
I respect knowledge.
I respect real work.
I respect people who have actually been in the process.
But I also know what I know.
And what I know is this.
The future of AI cannot be built on hype, ego, or blind trust.
It must be built on ethics, correction, collaboration, accountability, and human judgment.
Human before digital.
Always.
