Sat with the CEO today, had a great convo. Got to change a few of our tools that saved us money and fully trusted. Couldn't get him to change everything, but he did put someone on looking at the options I suggested. They are looking for Value, trustworthiness, how many people actually use the tools, reviews and more. Hopefully Fierce will get a email or something.
