Major Name Changes: If you've had a significant name change—such as due to marriage or divorce—Southwest Airlines requires a formal written request. This must be accompanied by official legal documentation that verifies the change. You can submit your request through the Southwest website or by mailing it to: Rapid Rewards, P.O. Group Reservations: For group bookings involving 10 or more travelers, Southwest offers flexibility by allowing unlimited name changes at no extra cost. However, these changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
